JCI served as the general contractor for the new 4-story, 88-suite Towneplace Suites by Marriott in Geneva, Ohio. The hotel sits on 2 acres and features amenities including an indoor pool, fitness center and meeting room. The 57,000-square-foot hotel was completed in March of 2024. Intermountain Management of Monroe, Louisiana manages the hotel and Geneva Hotel LLC is the owner of the hotel.
