Safety is critical to the success of any construction project, big or small. Ensuring a safe job site is not an easy task, nor is it something to be overlooked.  Shortcuts and lax judgement can put anyone, not just our employees, in a situation that could result in injury. We want to make sure this never happens so that is why we have developed a company wide safety management program. This program will not only help to create a safe and healthy work environment but it will educate our employees on the importance of job site safety. Other points include:

 

• How to recognize and resolve safety issues on-site.

• The importance of using the proper Personal Protective Equipment. e.g.
  Hardhats, safety glasses, gloves, etc.

• The proper clothing and footwear.

• The responsibility of operating a company vehicle.

• The proper use of equipment and machinery.

• Weekly & Daily safety meetings.

• OSHA training (10 & 30 hour) for managers.

For this program to be successful, we need complete and total cooperation from all existing & future employees.
